SAVE THE DATE! Please join us for the Swim for Kid's Sake in Culver, Indiana. All proceeds will go to Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis and the PLGA Foundation (pediatric brain tumor research).
The event will include four different races (1/2 mile, 1 mile, 5k and 10k) as well as an open water skills clinic taught by Former World Champion Erica Rose.

This is exciting for us. (Mallory is my daughter) Mallory very much wanted to offer a 10k race, as they are not readily available, and hopefully this will be the start of an annual event. Please everyone, take the time to introduce yourself, I will be the big guy running around acting stressed and goofy at the same time. :) Feel like I know a bunch of you even if we have never met.
Don't foreget about the 2010 USMS 10K National Championship just down the road from Mallory's event, about a month later on July 17th, 2010. The NAST'is will have a contingent of swimmers in both events.

No results from last year...that is why it is listed as a new swim...unless you are talking about my one on one versus my daughter, no official times kept, but I got the first place trophy, she got the certificate of completition.
so happy to know of this one!! I am doing a 10k in Aug and need to do a 5k to get ready thanks for sharing this one cause I have been going crazy trying to find a 5k!
