I saw Chaos post in the other forum about swimming that in 2010. Has anyone here done all three (not necessarily in the same year)? In my slow, but steady immersion in to open water swimming, I have considered targeting one of these three in the next five years or so. For some reason, the Manhattan swim intrigues me the most. Any thoughts?

Just a quick question about goggles for anyone who swam long distance in open water (such as Channel swimming): did you have to adjust your goggles from time to time? It's hard for me to imagine having goggles sucked to your eye sockets for more than 10 hours. My goggles would leak after even a few laps in the pool. Even if it doesn't leak, I like to loosen it when I'm not swimming.
