Both of my daughters did the swim (man, am I getting old!) My youngest (18) took along a wetsuit, but opted not to wear it....said it was a bit cold but managable. My middle daughter did not bother with wet suit...but she is an English Channel swimmer, so you know how off the wall she is... Anyway they said that going out into the waves was a struggle, but enjoyed almost body surfing back in. I am considering doing next year, but I dont like the cold. thanks again for the links for the results.
