I am planning on being in Chicago and staying downtown this Fri thru Sunday AM (7/17-7/19). Are there any regular open water swim groups that swim along Navy Pier? If so where is the start and what time do folks leave. I consider myself a fairly strong swimmer. Thanks for any help. Also are there any Masters Pool workouts in the downtown area.

at ohio street beach (by navy pier). starting about at the beach and swimming north (parrallel to the seawall) to a bouy at the jetty is a half mile. so you can get some distance in. the temp is around 63.
