Today I swam open water for the first time doing laps. It was exhilirating. Better than the pool except I am so afraid of snakes & alligator snapping turtles.
Where I swam today I stroked with one arm & slid the other arm along the rope that was dividing the swimming area. I am not the best at keeping straight & I could easily have ended up in the path of a boat.
Still it was a good experience worth repeating!
