I recently found out about this event held on beautiful Flathead Lake in Montana. This lake and the surrounding towns are my favorite summer place in the world. I'll happen to be there this summer at this time and so will be able to swim in this race with my kids. It's the same day as the wonderful Long Bridge Swim over in Sandpoint, Idaho, but, if you're looking for a reason to visit Montana, check this out.

This is a great event that supports Mission Valley Aquatics' (www.mvaquatics.org) drive to construct a community, indoor pool.
