Which goggles would you recommend for Alcatraz? I've been looking at the aquasphere mask type goggles. Would you recommend this type of goggle for the swim? I was told that larger goggles with a lot of plastic would pop off and not seal in cold water swims. Any hints on how to keep my goggles from fogging up?
Any other recommendations for Alcatraz would be greatly appreciated!

Neoprene are warmer, they are not allowed for some swims for record such as the English channel swims or Catalina Channel Ca swim. But can be used for most tri swims and USMS open water swims. Bubble caps are much cheaper and work very well worn over or under a silicon or regular cap and when worn as a single cap are legal in the above channel swims.
Neoprene and a regular or bubble cap make a very warm cap.
