San Diego sharkfest

$80 is steep,..its a short non-challenging swim . BUT,..it would be fun. I took a Total Immersion Swim Workshop on Coronado 2 weeks ago, and thought about swimming accross the Bay. A fun swim would be from Point Loma to Coronado,..the long way,..passing under the Coronad Bridge. If you`re going to come to San Diego for a swim,..next month is the Pier to Cove swim in La Jolla,..I think it`s a 1 and a half. Then in Aug. is the Tour of the Buoys, and Sept. the Gatorman and the La Jolla Rough Water Swim. Also, Labor day is the 80th Oceanside Pier Swim,..that one is really fun. www.lajollacoveswimclub.org/ er its not legal or smart to swim inside of the bay. Other than sanctioned approved events its only legal to "dive" "seaward of ballast point" you may be caught, fined, or detained by the navy if you try this route. I had looked in to how best to cross the bay on my swim the county coast push (still have a few miles left to be done).
