FYI -
The Swim For Kids 8 mile fund raiser swim (not a race) which was tentatively scheduled for 7 June in NJ has been cancelled. They do have 1.2 mile and 2.4 mile swims on that day, however.
They cancelled the 8 miler last year as well and I'd guess that probably means that it's dead for good.
