I will be spending the week after easter near Daytona Beach. Does anybody now any good locations for open water swims and the like water temperatures?

I asked the same questiona few weeks ago. Check out that older thread. I then followed up with Luckyslakeswim in Orlando. Don't count on the beaches, spring weather has not been kind to rip tides, wind, and waves. good luck.
