Has anyone ever done the Alcatraz swim and/or aquathlon challenge?
I'm considering doing this in July. Do any USMS teams do this together? Would love to meet up with you if so!!

This Aquathlon is a great event!
It was my first experience of both swimming from Alcatraz and running across The Golden Gate Bridge. So I might be a little biased in my enthusiasm...
Hope you get a sunny clear day. It is a stunning race course where you get some of the best views of my hometown.
Most of the athletes wear wetsuits on the swim when they are doing the swim/run.
Don't forget to wear some flowers in your hair.
