I did this swim without a wetsuit. I'd done it twice before with a wetsuit.
50th out of 59 in my age group, but better than I thought I'd do.
Also, take a look at the results. An age group swimmer had a faster time than the "elite" swimmer who won the race. I wonder how that plays out.
