Best wetsuit?

Hi, I'm looking for a woman's wetsuit that is light, feels like skin, not long legged, for water temps between 65-75. Any suggestions or referrals to other threads would be greatly appreciated. I searched to no avail.

For 65º and up you could probably swim without one. Once you get moving the exertion keeps you warm. Two silicone caps will stop a lot of heat loss at the bottom end of the temperature range. I think Aquashere made a swimsuit out of 1mm neoprene, it might still be available. e.t.a.: Here's a link: www.aquasphereswim.com/.../aqua_skins_wt60.html

some swimmers i know add neoprene head gear when the temp drops below 60. i think earplugs are an excellent cold water accessory..... warm head=warm body. i'm not sure you can find any suit that feels like skin. even fastskins create some feeling of detachment to me.

This is a tough crowd to be asking for wetsuit recommendations. You might have better luck at one of the triathlete sites. I bought one this year (please forgive me the god of open water) for the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon. It served it's purpose. But in 65-75 water I prefer going naked (sans wetsuit). However, in a race where 99.99% of the people wear a wetsuit, damn if I am going to give up that much time to anyone. As for my opinion which wetsuit is best? It's the one that fits you best. It must be a swim wetsuit, not an all purpose wetsuit. It should fit you very snugly but you should be able to move your arms freely and (hopefully) breathe. I use a Zoot Z1 for triathlons but always swim in the non-wetsuit category of open water swims.
