What do you do for speed work. The LSD/endurance is a no brainer but what about the need for speed?

400-300-3x100-300-200-3x50-100 all w 10 sec rest
subtract 100 secs from final time.

Thanks for the "Irish Mile" set. I swam it this morning, both down and up with a minute in between the two sets. It's quite a workout.
Any idea where the name comes from?
