Apparently the Bridge-to-Bridge 5k and 1.3 mile races, which were scheduled to be held on 19 July in Atlantic City, NJ, have been cancelled. Hopefully this is only for this year as this event has one of the best courses in the area. It would be a great loss if this were to disappear forever.
Also note that the Rainbow Channel Challenge course and distance has been changed. (race info: www.rainbowchannelchallenge.com ) Hopefully, the new course will be as good or better than the old course, which was excellent.

I don't think I am doing Swim for Life. I did the Dolphin swim this weekend and then I will do the OC Masters swim on the 26th. I think I will just rest this weekend. Good luck if you do it. Come to OC....
