Apparently the Bridge-to-Bridge 5k and 1.3 mile races, which were scheduled to be held on 19 July in Atlantic City, NJ, have been cancelled. Hopefully this is only for this year as this event has one of the best courses in the area. It would be a great loss if this were to disappear forever.
Also note that the Rainbow Channel Challenge course and distance has been changed. (race info: www.rainbowchannelchallenge.com ) Hopefully, the new course will be as good or better than the old course, which was excellent.

No idea, but I suspect that, since this was Sid Cassidy's "baby" originally and that he has moved to Florida, that either Sid couldn't do it and/or the AC local people couldn't do it as well. It really is a shame.
Are you doing Swim For Life this weekend? Not sure if I'm going or not due to just getting over a sore shoulder.
