Hi guys...
After a 10 year break from swimming I'm back in the pool again and loving my local masters program...yay!!
What I'm also loving is open water swimming...I've done two events this year so far and have a couple more lined up before the season ends (mostly local, but I'll also be doing Alcatraz in the Fall). I really wish I could get more time in the water outside the pool, though, and I was wondering if there's an open water group in the MD/VA/DC area? If not, is anyone interested in forming one or maybe pointing me in the direction of some safe places to swim? I live in Loudoun County close to the MD and WVA borders...
