I've never used this, but there's a new product called Safe Sea that's supposed to seriously reduce your chances of getting stung by sea lice and jelly fish:

I really hope this stuff works! I've always been a magnet for sea lice. I bought some and will try it out next weekend.
We were in Hopkins, on the Southern Coast. Great spot--and very undeveloped.
One of the guides there said the fish were just called "silver fish" and that sometimes, if have a prominent scar, they will really go for it. I was lucky on that front, but they spent quite a bit of time, well, bashing into me. The first time they surrounded me, I screamed, flailed a bit, and then realized that's really bad form when swimming in the open water! After that, I tried to suck it up when they went after me, but it was very eerie.
I found a little picture of them, but not much more information.

We saw many barracuda, but they were completely disinterested in us.
Where were you in Belize?
