Highland Lakes Challenge

i have read up on that and it seems to be a warm (hot) water thing. late october should be ok. it sucks that you share the same initials as the lake of death.:( hey leonard, didn't you swim in the harlem river? anyway, i am doing it. terry is too. the idea of a five day stage race is too much to pass up. I admit that it would be tempting if I'd known about it sooner (I'm in rotten shape) and if I killed my wife so I could spend the $$ to go. Yes, I did swim in the Harlem in 2006 and I got SICK, SICK, SICK. By the thrid day, I would have welcomed death by brain amoeba. Have a good time.
