A friend and I did not get picked in the Chesapeake Bay Swim lottery. We now need a new plan. Can anyone suggest other east coast events that are 3 or more miles in length? thanks

I actually will be in Austin the weekend of the Reston swims. I'm leaving on May 16th and won't be back until June 4th. Lots of swimming with other masters teams and hopefully some open water while I'm traveling :) Will be in Honolulu/Austin/San Diego.
