I'm new to the forum, but have learned a lot from the site before I joined.
I've registered for a 5-mile lake swim in late July and I'm not sure where to start for a training plan. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to find a plan or anything you've used in the past? My only past swimming experience is during triathlons, so I'm a novice when it comes to distances over 2 miles. Thanks a lot,
