Adirondack District Masters Swimming is once again hosting the annual Betsy Owens Memorial Cable Swim in Lake Placid, NY. This year the event will be held on Saturday, August 5, and will consist of both a 1-mile and 2-mile cable swim.
Make this swim part of your vacation destination. I am sure that you will be thoroughly pleased with both this well organized swimming event and with the beauty and spirit of the 6 million acre "forever wild" Adirondack Park in upstate New York.
