A friend sent me over the following site for an Open Water Training clip. The site is www.u.arizona.edu/~cpansing. Then click on Movies. You do need Reel Player to view it. I think that anyone who has competed in an open water swim can relate.

It is a good web address, but you have to take the period (.) off the end or it won't work.
