Hi,
I am thinking of investing in a wetsuit. Any wisdom out there? What style is the best...long, short, sleeves, no sleeves. Where is the best place to find one? Does wearing a wetsuit significantly improve your time?
Last year I did the 1 mile swim in the Chesapeake Bay. Most people had wetsuits. The water temperature was 72 degrees, and I was not cold at all even though I did not have a wetsuit.
Any thoughts?

Actually, southeastern PA. I've been meaning to check on the DV Masters site to see if there are events coming up (pool or open water) that aren't too far from where I live. Not so many close by but maybe even within a reasonable distance, it would be doable.
Or perhaps sometime the Philly/Jersey/Del./Md. posters on this forum will have a chance to meet in a non-swimming setting (with liquids at hand, of course!) ;) Probably less likely than in the water, but still....
