How did you do on the indoor( for most of us) season?

Did you go to your state meet?
Did you go to Nationals?

I was a little slower than I wanted in the fall/early winter, when I trained heavily. My training was pretty inconsistent in late Dec up through just recently. About 5k per day, 3 days a week. I've been in consistently the past several weeks though. Pending any final adjustments, it appears I made AA in the SCY season and that was one of my goals.
Did not go to our state meet or USMS Nationals.
