How did you do on the indoor( for most of us) season? How many yards did you swim? Did you go to your state meet? Did you go to Nationals?

Allen good times 6000/ week is a good swim weekly. From oct to end of April , I swam 332,200 yards in practice, did not add in swims in meets!
