10K kicks off tomorrow, Friday, and can be seen live on www.usaswimming.org/DesktopDefault.aspx. Men's 10k starts @ 9:30am and women's at 9:40am.
5K will be Sunday, with men going off at 9:30 and women around 11am, also live streamed at the site above.
All times eastern.
I'll be there proudly wearing my Scottsdale Aquatic Club gear watching my daughter in the 5K, as well as USMS member/forumite Greg Danner (forums.usms.org/blog.php. Any other USMS swimmers racing this?
