Just got back into swimming and joined a team. What are some different ways to get rid of body fat in the chest/stomach/thigh region? I don't necessarily want to build more muscle just trim down.
Im 23 and only 5'2 so in my opinion I should be fairly tiny but I'm still in a 30/32 suit and a 38 chest. Is it too far fetched to think I should be a 26/28 suit and a 34/36 chest, is that even possible? Thanks guys

LIPO but it's expensive and painful. There really isn't a way to target specific areas to lose fat.
Burn more than you consume.
Work out more, eat less.
Make better food choices.
Create a self image that you are a fit healthy person.
More muscle increases your resting metabolic rate.
Is it too far fetched to think I should be a 26/28 suit and a 34/36 chest, is that even possible?
you can accomplish whatever you set your mind to (within reason)
write your goals
make your plans
do your plans, do what you need to do when you need to do it
