could anyone tell me how to satisfy the USMS policies with international swimmers participating in a USMS sanctioned event?

    Dave, Please send me an email so that I can get some more details from you. The general answer is that international swimmers may participate in our sanctioned events if they are members of their country's swimming federation and have the paperwork to prove it. If they have a membership card, that is what we need to see. Some countries don't issue cards and in those cases I believe we need to see a letter of introduction from their country's federation that indicates they are a member in good standing.
