what meet was it? Was it one that was like a challenge...one LMSC vs. another?
I would think that, if it was sanctioned, swimmers would have to swim for the LMSC they signed up for in Dec. Transferring is possible but I think there is a wait time between events.
I've always been curious about the state of PA. It's close enough for me to drive to in order to get a meet in but all I ever see are registered (vs. sanctioned ) meets at YMCA's.

There was no cheating involved. All of the swimmers who swam for that team were properly registered with that team.
I had a couple of conversations at the meet with the swimmers you are maligning and found them very nice.

That is wonderful. I am glad you did. unfortunately I didn't. One of the guys did join there club just for the championships.
