Ed Moses demonstrates how a turn should be done. One hand touches the wall for the simple purpose of adhering to the letter of the law that both hands must touch simultaneously. As soon as his left fingertips touch he immediately pulls that arm back to initiate the turn. No wasted time at the wall. Jeff's ain't too shabby either!

As the female commented on my video, I did dive in crooked. My back foot slipped a little bit. Thanks for the video, Patrick!

Ed Moses takes just 5 strokes down and 7 back. Jeff goes with 7 & 9. It's amazing how they just gobble up huge sections of the pool with each pull. Very cool. Thanks for posting Patrick. I didn't see Jeff's swim, but my buddy was in the same heat as Moses so I saw his. While his pull is strong and quick, it seemed to me that his kick was responsible for most of the pool gobbling. It was very quick, quite compact, and extremely effective.

These are awesome. Did anyone film Susan Von der Lippe swimming 200 ***? I was in the same heat so I didn't get to see her...
