I really like "Castle", and the writers usually have a lot of fun with the episodes.
I'm curious how they do with tonight's crime: "A star swimmer with Olympic dreams is found dead in a pool..."

Gotta say my favorite swimming-themed tv episode is, oddly, the Buffy the Vampire Slayer episode 'Go Fish'. When you start out the show with a quote from Gertrude Ederle and then have subtext turned text straight out of the old DDR doping controversives, it always felt like one of the people in on that script was One of Us.
