I hurt my rt deltoid a few weeks ago playing vball. This past Friday was the first day I could actually swim 3 strokes (fly is still out). The only stroke I've been able to do (w/out fins) has been breaststroke. Getting better...:D Good luck on Friday. I'll be watching real time results. :)

Mid-way through the PACIFIC Championships, the swimmers and representatives honored our finest... As a swimmer and a coach, I feel masters swimmers and their clubs benefit so very much from wonderful coaching. In the PACIFIC, the honor of this year's Coach of the Year was presented to Cokie Lepinski of the Marin Pirates! Congratulations Cokie! Such a great honor in an LMSC of great and brilliantly devoted masters coaches.
