Developing that back end speed

I have been working on my sprints and lowering my times in the 100 free. What would be some good workouts to develop that back end speed. That last 30 yards or so gets to be pretty tough. Any one have any good workouts to strengthen their last 25-30 yards in a 100 yd. free swim?

    "I really have a hard time doing- splits ! :badday:" Does that mean you have a hard time recording them, or managing to keep them comparable? Because if the former, you can get a finger timer--can't remember the name all of a sudden, but I followed somebody's recommendation and ordered one, and it has made measuring my training much more precise. If that's your problem, let us know, and I'll dig out the link.
