I have been working on my sprints and lowering my times in the 100 free. What would be some good workouts to develop that back end speed. That last 30 yards or so gets to be pretty tough. Any one have any good workouts to strengthen their last 25-30 yards in a 100 yd. free swim?
1st keep developing front end speed
2nd keep working on fast kicking with plenty of rest
3rd do fast negative & even split swims with plenty of rest
4th learn to properly split your 100 and keep your 50's between 1.5 to 2.0 diff
