I peak for , lose for & taper for our state meet in the month of April.
Since the start of S C season in Oct. I have managed to lose 20 lbs.
Now I'm down to only 1/2 a ton.
I wish I could keep it off during off season!

I am up to 14 pounds since Mar 1, and 20 since Jan 1.
I have done this while increasing my bench #'s from 8 reps at 185 to 8 reps on 225!!
