I peak for , lose for & taper for our state meet in the month of April.
Since the start of S C season in Oct. I have managed to lose 20 lbs.
Now I'm down to only 1/2 a ton.
I wish I could keep it off during off season!
I think it helps if you start out "chunky". I am down 20 lbs. I started the paleo diet and that has helped a lot. Being a sprinter a going down 20 lbs have really helpedmy times.
