I peak for , lose for & taper for our state meet in the month of April.
Since the start of S C season in Oct. I have managed to lose 20 lbs.
Now I'm down to only 1/2 a ton.
I wish I could keep it off during off season!

Started January 3...down 11lbs. Not a huge amount but I haven't really cut back on my diet yet. I just started to do that late last month and finally saw the scale creep a bit faster downward. Goal is 30 lbs down by the end of the year, if not more! :applaud:
I swim 3-4 days a week averaging about 2700-3000yds per one hour session.
