I peak for , lose for & taper for our state meet in the month of April.
Since the start of S C season in Oct. I have managed to lose 20 lbs.
Now I'm down to only 1/2 a ton.
I wish I could keep it off during off season!
Eat for breakfast is something I never do ! Coffee & a slice of sweet roll is all.
I have tried ,but can't work my brain into that part. On Sat. we always go to eat at a local place, but not during the week.
