I peak for , lose for & taper for our state meet in the month of April.
Since the start of S C season in Oct. I have managed to lose 20 lbs.
Now I'm down to only 1/2 a ton.
I wish I could keep it off during off season!
I step on the scale every morning, and then wallow over the the computer and stick the number in a spreadsheet.
Since 9/15/10 (start of coached workouts this year), starting at 178:
Min: 173 (12/5- day after taper meet)
Mean: 176.8
Max: 180.5 (3/11/11- 3 weeks ago)
