I peak for , lose for & taper for our state meet in the month of April.
Since the start of S C season in Oct. I have managed to lose 20 lbs.
Now I'm down to only 1/2 a ton.
I wish I could keep it off during off season!

I will fully admit my metobolic Dorian Grey is still going strong! But that doesn't mean that I don't know a thing or two about incrementally better eating habits.
I neglected to mention that in my response. Those 12 pounds so far weren't lost by adding swimming to a few cokes, junk food, fast food, etc. each day. I'm having one coke a week (tastes so much better that way), healthier snacks, smart breakfasts and watching the portions. Only exercise is swimming but the eating better has also been a large portion of the change, I'm sure.
