I peak for , lose for & taper for our state meet in the month of April.
Since the start of S C season in Oct. I have managed to lose 20 lbs.
Now I'm down to only 1/2 a ton.
I wish I could keep it off during off season!
I'm certain if I could gain 5-10lbs of body weight, even if the gain has half in fat, I would see an improvement from over a year ago where my performances peaked (PB's).
