NW Zones
I'm swimming the 400 IM, 100 Fly, 200 Back, 100 Back, 200 Fly, and 200 IM.
I will be tapered and shaved. I'm in week 2 of my taper now, so I'm swimming fast in practice but I haven't hit the tired spot yet.
I was planning to be there,but I got all carried away and entered Mesa so I'll probably skip Zones.Zones is the week after our Assn meet anyway.Good luck there.
