I'm not so much looking for fair...just hate to see 25% of the top swimmers not swim a event...specially the 50 where the top times are separated by hundredths of a second.
The 22nd seed is a 19.69...the invite list starts from there...if you take the top 64, the 64th seed would be 19.98. As it sits the 64th seed is 20.30.
Just don't make no sense to me...mainly griping because a young man I helped coach in high school sits at #40...
