One other question...why do they "invite" slower swimmers to swim events at NCAAs? Is it because they are already swimming another event they qualified for? I noticed the 50 FR has people that have gone a 20+ when there were over 40 that were under 20 on the "uncut" list...
If a swimmer makes an "A" cut in one event and "B" cuts in their other events, then the swimmer is allowed to swim their "B" events, if they want too.
