They sure are.
I used to play around with goals like those, though they are a little depressing. Similar ones that have now become too fast for me:
-- beat the women's WR, which obviously only works in LCM and SCM. (When I was in HS I remember being excited the first time I beat Mary T's 200 fly record, which was new at the time.)
-- beat the men's LCM world record...in SCY.
I think now I am down to trying to beat the women's LCM world record with SCM times.Yeah, I'm realizing that my target USAS competitors are fast 13-14 year olds these days!
