will once again be held at the Qwest Center in Omaha, Nebraska.
The 2008 Trials set a new standard for swimming excitement and 2012 promises to bring even more poolside thrills to America's Heartland.

Looks like Soni and Larson both went under Soni's old Olympic Trials record.
Do swimmers taper differently depending on whether or not they expect to go on to the Olympics (versus aiming more specifically at just doing well in the trials)? Or do all swimmers need to somehow aim/taper for both the trials and the Olympics?
Just wondering how that works.
