2012 Olympic Trials USA Swimming

The 2012 United States Olympic Trials - Swimming will once again be held at the Qwest Center in Omaha, Nebraska. The 2008 Trials set a new standard for swimming excitement and 2012 promises to bring even more poolside thrills to America's Heartland. Check back often for updates as we draw closer to naming the team that will represent the United States in the pool at the London Olympic Games.   • James, I had to be on a complete media blackout today ... and will likely be the same the rest of the week until I can get in front of a TV at night. It's much better waiting and watching and pretending it's live. I was on media blackout...not by choice though. :) I just happened to open up Facebook and scroll through the standard daily stuff. Saw a posting from a swimmer of mine from wayyyy back. I was her first coach when she was 8-9 years old. She eventually went on to OSU (Oregon State) and qualified for Oly. Trials in multiple events. She still remembers where she started, which makes me proud. :applaud: But it was her post that said "Lochte beat Phelps!"
