never even knew about Rule 40
"Rule 40 of the Olympic Charter limits athletes and other participants in the Olympic Games from appearing in advertising during and shortly before and after the Olympic Games (the so called “Games Period” or “Rule 40 period”). This is currently the front-page story on ESPN.com. It probably won't be for long so I'm noting it.
Great article about Lochte- thanks

^^^I think in order to be able to access the live weblink, you must be subscribed to CSNBC or MSNBC through your cable provider. Which, of course, I am not. I tried to sign in via comcast and was denied.
Any other live feeds out there? I think my only option to watch at this point is going to be stupid NBC tape delay in PST. What is this, 2006? :bitching:
