How about backstrokers doing a big dolphin at the end of the race to get to the wall? Is that legal or only at the start of the back race?
It is legal as long as they don't completely submerge. I've definitely seen DQs on this. (Honestly, I thought Missy Franklin was pushing it a little at the end of her 100 back gold medal swim.)
